The program began with Gurudev Shri Amritji’s talk on Love, Sex and Relationships. He touched on yoga as a modification of the mind and its essence as a spiritual discipline. He said that the practice of yoga teaches how to remove the root cause of suffering that has been created in the unconscious mind. Spirituality is important to bring a balance, both inside and outside. Yoga doesn't begin with physical exercise but begins with meditation. spirituality treats the causes while science has given the means to treat and do not address the causes. Yoga practice begins with modification of mind.

A ‘Stress Management’ Workshop which was delivered by Shri. Kamini Devi. She said that our body is designed to bear stress for 60-90 seconds but the tension we create in our mind stays with us for a longer period. Things are not creating stress but resistance to things causes stress. We should bring ourselves back from resistance to acceptance. She further said that our assumptions also cause stress. To control stress, we practice mindfulness or meditation.

Dr. Pankaj Gupta, President, IIHMR University, spoke on ‘Swabhav to Swadharma’ in which he underlined the objective of life. He said that the source of happiness is within us and we need to find your own happiness. We must learn to give and not demand. Nobody can complete you; but we are complete on our own. He defined unconditional love as natural and self-sufficient.

Prof. (Dr.) Sanjeev P. Sahni, led a stimulating session on ‘Mind body Relationship’. He said that 99% of what we learn in our childhood comes from our parents. Our beliefs, judgement, opinions and morality together form our attitude. Our success or failure depends on the attitude we have. Dr. Bhimaraya Metri led a session on ‘Value and ethics in current world’.  He said that the future is digital, and changes are already happening incredibly fast. Robots will one day take our place. They already reflect hundreds of human characteristics.
