WHO In-Country Fellowship on Public Private Partnership in Health

WHO India Country Office approached the Indian Institute of Health Management Research (IIHMR), Jaipur to design and conduct WHO In-country Fellowship Program on Public Private Partnership in Healthof 30 days duration.
IIHMR Jaipur – a WHO collaborating centre for district health system based on primary health care – agreed to design and conduct the fellowship program.
The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India nominated 92 officials under this program. The program is designed to enable the participants to discuss current and future challenges in a setting that provides a rare and unique opportunity to interact with subject experts.
The objective of the program is to improve the participants understanding on Public Private Partnership in Health.
The first batch of 31 participants was held during 05th May to 03rd June, 2014 at IIHMR Jaipur. The fellowship program was coordinated by Dr. P.R. Sodani.
