NRHM PIP of the selected states. Review the Status of the States on different parameters of trainings plan was taken up.
Findings : This report reviews the aspects of
trainings under State
NRHM PIP. The
trainings planned for the

National Training Strategy,

between the health
societies and other dept of health services SIHFW to be mentioned in the PIP.
Training to be planned according to the health needs of the place and
the health facilities Training should not be just knowledge transfer but also skill upgrading. Clear defined roles of
involved in the trainings.
