Objective : The
main objective of this study was to find out ClientSatisfaction on PHIK
products of CPHI.
Background : The
main objective of this study was to carry outbrief study on PHIK
satisfaction survey. A total of 75 respondents were interviewed using a
questionnaire on satisfaction, favorite informatics company, interested in
buying new PHIK Services, Charges, area need to work upon like easy procedure,
fewer user Charges, more returns, transparency etc.
It was an explorative study
This research has
used convenience sampling technique. As the name implies, the sample is
selected because they are convenient. Convenience sampling is used in
exploratory research where the researcher is interested in getting an
inexpensive approximation of the truth. All the customers of PHIK, who had
taken CPHI policies, were 75 in number.
Respondents were Interviewed during April 1-May

Clients of PHIK in Ujjain City were found to besatisfied
