Report on A Roadmap to Implement Mobile Based Application for Customer Relationship Management

  • Objective : The main objective is to assess the functional area of sales process improvement through implementing industries application through mobile services and explore the need for further intervention and enhancement to meet the strengthening of sales force by providing advanced mobile based technology. Software requirement analysis have been conducted by interview, observation and comparative study of other mhealth application viz base line assessment of existing product by comparison of their technological specification, stakeholder analysis, reliability, validity and testing. Comparative base line study was carried out between different mhealth system to find out future improvement, implementation challenges and thereby to integrate best practice in our system. Indus Health Plus has planned to improve customer care service at grass root level and increase transparency in sales process carried out by 80000 active members for tracking these CDís on individual level. They need to have tracking mechanism which helps company to track individual level performance and close monitoring in sales process.

    The main problem in multilevel marketing is lack of proper reporting pattern. mindustries also aims to track every individual from the time of its interaction with CD to end of becoming individual to industries. It helps to address this gap by tracking each and every family residing in any part of the state where our CD interact with them for maintaining strong database for future. Therefore, there is a need for radical surgeries in core sales part of Indus Health Plus
