There was continuous change in the administrative staff and leadership. No staff has stayed for long and has considered addressing the prevalent problems in the hospital and lately hospital leadership was in the hand of operating surgeries who had vested interest in degrading hospital Since the inception of the hospital, it is unable to meet its break-even and there has been more expenses than revenues despite all possible ways tried out. Therefore the foremost step to be taken should address this problem at first
