Background
Healthcare organizations have huge data of patients and beneficiaries. The development of effective data visualization tools empowers healthcare leaders and managers to make data-driven decision-making for programme management. Adopting interactive and user-friendly dashboards facilitates the interpretation of data to gain insights to benefit the health programme’s performance. Healthcare data dashboards can provide public health leaders with a summary of their jurisdiction’s public health data and can be used for public health decision making. IIHMR University Jaipur designed a Management Development Programme to provide an overview on how to strategically plan and use data visualization and data dashboards to present public health data for decision-making. This programme is designed for working professionals to enhance their skills in data handling and visualization using Excel and Tableau.
Objectives
The major objectives of the programme are to empower participants with the tools and techniques needed to handle and visualize data effectively, enabling them to make data-driven decisions and present their insights compellingly.
Contents
The programme will cover the following contents:

- Advanced Techniques for Data Insights

Learning Outcomes
At the end of the programme, the participants will get

Pedagogy
A suitable combination of classroom lectures, interactive discussions, class exercises, case studies, and hands-on exercise, group work and presentations would be used. The programme will be conducted in English.

Programme Fee
The programme fee for Indian participants is Rs. 41,250 plus GST (18% as applicable), and for international participants, it is USD 770 plus GST (18% as applicable). The programme fee covers tuition, background reading material, lodging, and boarding.
Discounts
Early Bird Discount: Nominations received with payments before four weeks will be entitled to a 10% early bird discount.
Group Discount: Any organization sponsoring four or more participants to the programme will be entitled to a 20% discount on the total fee payable, provided that at least four participants attend the programme.
Maximum Discount: OOrganizations can avail themselves of both the discounts subject to a maximum discount of 20%.
Duration & Venue
The programme is five days long. It will start on Monday, January 27, 2025, and will conclude on Friday, January 31, 2025. The programme will be held at IIHMR University, 1, Prabhu Dayal Marg, Sanganer Airport, Jaipur – 302029. The University campus provides a learning environment for the participants, who are welcome to use the library and recreational facilities at the campus.
Certification
A certificate of participation on completion of the programme will be issued by IIHMR University, Jaipur.
