Background
The healthcare industry is rapidly transforming, driven by technological advancements and the increasing need for secure, transparent, and efficient data management systems. With its decentralized and immutable nature, blockchain technology offers groundbreaking solutions to challenges such as data interoperability, security, and patient-centric care.
This Management Development Program (MDP) is designed to provide healthcare leaders, administrators, and IT professionals with a comprehensive understanding of blockchain applications in healthcare, enabling them to leverage this technology for strategic decision-making and improved healthcare delivery.
Programme Objectives
The primary objective of this program is to equip participants with the knowledge and skills required to understand, implement, and manage blockchain-based solutions in healthcare systems. By the end of the program, participants will be able to:
- Understand the fundamentals of blockchain technology and its relevance to healthcare.
- Analyze current challenges in healthcare systems and identify how blockchain can address these issues.
- Develop strategies for implementing blockchain solutions in areas such as patient data management, supply chain, clinical trials, and insurance.
- Assess the regulatory and ethical implications of blockchain in healthcare
- Foster innovation and collaboration within their organizations by leveraging blockchain technology.
Pedagogy
The 3-day Management Development Programme offers a multifaceted learning experience through lectures, group discussions, case studies, hands on data led analytical, spatial and experiential learning. The participants are immersed in a dynamic learning environment designed to foster theoretical understanding, actionable real life insights, and service ready skills.

Programme Fee
The programme fee for Indian participants is Rs. 24,750 plus GST (18% as applicable), and for international participants it is USD 462 plus GST (18% as applicable). The programme fee covers tuition, background reading material, lodging, and boarding.
Discounts
Early Bird Discount: Nominations received with payments before four weeks will be entitled to a 10% early bird discount.
Group Discount: Any organization sponsoring four or more participants to the programme will be entitled to a 20% discount on the total fee payable, provided that at least four participants attend the programme.
Maximum Discount: Organizations can avail themselves of both the discounts subject to a maximum discount of 20%.
Duration and Venue
The programme will start on Monday, January 06, 2025, and conclude on Wednesday, January 08, 2025. The programme will be held at IIHMR University, 1, Prabhu Dayal Marg, Sanganer Airport, Jaipur – 302 029. The University campus provides a learning environment for the participants, who are welcome to use the library and recreational facilities at the campus.
Certification
A certificate of participation on the completion of the Programme will be issued by the IIHMR University, Jaipur, India.
