Faculty Development Programme on Ethics and Values
IIHMR University, Jaipur, organised a Faculty Development Programme on Ethics and Values on January 30–31, 2026, with the objective of cultivating a strong ethical mindset among faculty members by deepening their understanding of core values, ethical principles, self-awareness, and moral decision-making across academic, professional, and personal contexts.
The programme focused on enhancing clarity, confidence, integrity, assertiveness, constructive conflict resolution, and the strengthening of professional and personal relationships, while fostering motivation, positivity, and reflective practices for ethical leadership.
Dr. Nanditesh Nilay served as the resource person for the programme.
The programme adopted an experiential and participatory learning approach, including Interactive Learning Techniques (ILT), Question-Based Discussions (QBD), Focus Group Discussions (FGD), Outcome-Based Dialogues (OBD), experience-sharing sessions, role-plays, and case-based interactions to ensure active engagement, mutual learning, and meaningful internalisation of ethics and values.
