Accelerating Social Impact with the Social Stock Exchange (SSE)
The National Stock Exchange (NSE) organised an awareness seminar on Accelerating Social Impact with the Social Stock Exchange at IIHMR University, Jaipur, on January 23, 2026, with the objective of creating awareness on the Social Stock Exchange framework and its role in mobilising capital for social impact initiatives.
The programme witnessed the participation of 180 participants from various organisations, including non-profit organisations and social enterprises.
The deliberations highlighted opportunities for accessing innovative funding mechanisms and provided clarity on regulatory provisions, impact reporting, and transparency requirements under the Social Stock Exchange.
The seminar facilitated constructive dialogue on strengthening the social impact ecosystem through sustainable, market-based solutions.
