Confluence - HR Conclave
IIHMR University, Jaipur, organised an HR Conclave on December 30, 2025, providing a common platform for HR professionals to deliberate on emerging trends, challenges, and best practices in Human Resource Management.
The conclave aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations through knowledge exchange and professional interaction.
The programme commenced with a welcome address by Dr. P. R. Sodani, President, IIHMR University, followed by a keynote address by Mr. Prateem Tamboli, CEO, JECRC Hospital & Research Medical College. He highlighted the strategic role of HR in organisational success and emphasised the importance of adaptability, digital skills, and people-centric leadership.
The event was attended by 70 participants, including industry professionals, faculty members, staff, and students.
