IIHMR University hosted Faculty Retreat 2026 from March 20–22, 2026, focusing on reflection, strategic alignment, and team-building to strengthen institutional vision and collaboration.

IIHMR University hosted the Faculty Retreat 2026 from March 20–22, 2026, at Ananta Spa & Resort, Ajabgarh, bringing together the university community for a comprehensive engagement aligned with the theme “Reect. Reframe. Renew.” The retreat commenced with the inaugural session, “Legacy Talks: The IIHMR Journey,” featuring distinguished institutional leaders, including Dr. S. D. Gupta, President, IIHMR; Dr. Ashok Agarwal, Founder and Trustee, IIHMR; Mr. Sudarshan Jain, Chairperson, IIHMR University; and Dr. P. R. Sodani, President, IIHMR University, who shared valuable reections on the University's evolution and future direction.

This was followed by structured group activities focusing on SWOT analysis and institutional priority setting, culminating in group presentations on SWOT analyses and institutional priorities that facilitated constructive dialogue and alignment on strategic goals.

The program was further enriched through a series of experiential and team-based activities, including Geo Hunt Olympics, Million Dollar Challenge, and Chain Reaction, to enhance leadership, collaboration, innovation, and problem-solving capabilities.

The retreat ultimately served as a strategic platform for reecting on past achievements, redening future priorities, and reinforcing the institution's collective commitment to excellence in health management.
