Induction Training Programmes for Peer Educator Staff

IIHMR University – Rajasthan Kshamta Kendra conducted a series of three-day Induction Training programmes for Peer Educator (PE) staff of Targeted Intervention (TI) Organisations during July 2026. The programmes were designed to build participants' technical understanding of the operational framework, implementation processes, and service delivery mechanisms of Targeted Intervention (TI) programmes through structured induction training.

Trainings conducted:

  • July 20–22, 2026: Induction Training for Peer Educator (PE) Staff, attended by 19 participants from 13 Targeted Intervention Organisations.
  • July 22–24, 2026: Induction Training for Peer Educator (PE) Staff, attended by 21 participants from 14 Targeted Intervention Organisations.

A total of 40 Peer Educator (PE) staff from 27 Targeted Intervention Organisations participated in the induction training programmes. The programmes further reaffirmed the University's commitment to strengthening public health systems through sustained capacity-building initiatives for frontline healthcare functionaries.
