Ms. Sucharita Dey, Senior Manager, P&O Partnering, Novo Nordisk, and Mr. Nitish Sharma, Manager, P&O Partnering, Novo Nordisk, shared valuable perspectives on emerging industry trends, evolving workplace expectations, future-ready competencies, and career opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector.

The workshop emphasised the importance of developing relevant skills, adaptability, and an informed understanding of the perspectives required to effectively navigate the changing professional landscape.
