Staff Development Programme on Ethics and Values

IIHMR University organised a Staff Development Programme on Ethics and Values on July 03, 2026, with the objective of strengthening ethical leadership, professional integrity, and value-based decision-making across the University. The programme featured an expert session by Dr. Nanditesh Nilay, Proprietor, TraNc (Training Requirement & New Concepts), who deliberated on the importance of ethics and values in higher education, institutional governance, responsible leadership, workplace accountability, and fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, and mutual respect. The programme reaffirmed the University's commitment to promoting a value-driven academic environment and strengthening institutional excellence through ethical and responsible professional practices.
