Building Inclusive Leaders for Tomorrow’s Workplace

On August 01, 2026, IIHMR University, through the SD Gupta School of Public Health, in association with the Centre for Gender Champions, IIHMR University; Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs); and TTC – Connecting Ideas for Impact, jointly organised a workshop on Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), under the theme Building Inclusive Leaders for Tomorrow’s Workplace.

The workshop focused on advancing gender-inclusive leadership, workplace equality, and the integration of women’s empowerment principles into organisational practices.

The session provided participants with insights into fostering inclusive work environments, strengthening leadership perspectives, and promoting gender-responsive approaches in professional settings.
