Dr. Akshay Kumar Mishra

Associate Professor

Dr. Akshay Kumar Mishra is an Associate Professor of Finance at IIHMR University, Jaipur. He has a rich blend of 15 years of academic experience. He earned his Ph.D. from Ranchi University and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi. His teaching areas include corporate finance, management accounting, financial planning and wealth management, and financial institutions and markets. He does his research in the domains of Indian banking, non-performing asset management, financial services, and institutions. He has been instrumental in organising faculty development programs (FDP), workshops, and conferences. He has many publications to his credit, including publications in ABDC, Scopus, and WoS-indexed journals. He also attended faculty development programs at IIM Trichy, XIMB. He has presented papers at many international and national conferences at IIM Sambalpur, IIM Bodh Gaya, IIM Nagpur, and other institutions of repute.
