Dr. Deepti Sharma
Dr. Deepti Sharma
Associate Professor
Dr Deepti Sharma is Associate Professor, HR at IIHMR University, Jaipur. She has a rich blend of 13 years of experience in corporate and academics including her experience in Axis Bank , HR Professional in corporate and academics which include reputed institutes like Manipal University Jaipur. She has earned her PhD from University of Rajasthan in Employee engagement. She has completed her MBA in Human Resource (HR) from Amity University Noida and BSc from reputed Maharani College Jaipur. She has qualified University Grants Commission’s National Eligibility Test Examination for university level lectureship. She has Proven capabilities in working with cross-functional teams for evolving strategic vision and driving the overall operations. She has successfully organised and participated various Management programmes including HR Conclave, Conference, Seminar, workshop and FDP. She has a rich experience as Live project Co- Ordinator along with handling of Social media. She Participated in terms of Paper presentation in various national and International Conferences including Meiji University (Tokyo), Malaysia International University (Malaysia) etc. She also has research papers published in national and international Journals in various areas like Glass ceiling, Employee Engagement (EE), Employee experience (EX), Demonetization, Sentiment Analysis etc. Her area of interest includes Human Resource Management, Organisation Behaviour and Human Resource Planning.
