Ms. Kirti Agarwal is an Assistant Professor, public health professional, researcher, and strategic partnerships expert with a strong academic and professional background in healthcare management. She holds an MBA in Hospital and Health Management from IIHMR University and is currently pursuing her PhD in Health Management at the same institution. She has extensive experience in teaching, training, research, networking, and developing collaborations with national and international organizations. At IIHMR University, Jaipur, she teaches courses in Health Policy and Healthcare Delivery Systems, Health Economics and Financing, and Strategic Management, while actively contributing to research, executive education, and institutional partnerships.

She began her professional career at Thumbay Hospital, Dubai (UAE), where she contributed to hospital efficiency enhancement and quality improvement initiatives. Over the years, she has been actively involved in health systems research, capacity building, and research projects supported by the Government of India, the Government of Rajasthan, and leading national and international organizations, including WHO, GIZ, Jhpiego, GAIN, Vital Strategies, and other development partners. As the Coordinator of the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Programme at IIHMR University under the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, she has successfully designed and coordinated international training programmes for senior government officials, policymakers, healthcare professionals, and public health leaders from countries across Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the Pacific. These programmes focus on leadership, health systems strengthening, healthcare management, and capacity building, fostering global knowledge exchange.

Ms. Agarwal has authored research papers, book chapters, patents, and technical reports, and has presented her work at national and international conferences. She has actively participated in Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs) on the application of Artificial Intelligence in teaching, research, and scientific writing, reflecting her commitment to academic innovation and continuous professional development. In recognition of her scholarly contributions, she received the "Best Presenter Award" at the GlobeSync Community Research and Sustainability Conference 2024, organized by Curtin University, Malaysia. Through her academic, research, and professional engagements, she remains committed to advancing evidence-based healthcare, strengthening health systems, and promoting innovation, leadership, and global partnerships in healthcare management.
