Dr. Sudhinder Singh Chowhan is a Professor at IIHMR University, Jaipur, with over 25 years of experience in academia and the pharmaceutical industry. His professional journey reflects a strong commitment to teaching, research, and academic leadership, including nearly two decades in higher education and valuable experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Dr. Sudhinder holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Management from Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded. This interdisciplinary background enables him to integrate management principles with healthcare and pharmaceutical perspectives.

Dr. Chowhan has taught at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels, with expertise in Principles of Management, Consumer Behavior, Pharmaceutical Marketing, Strategic Management, Product and Brand Management, Digital and Social Media Marketing, and Marketing and AI.

Throughout his academic career, Dr. Chowhan has received several recognitions, including the FIJRE fellowship. He has published more than 40 research papers in reputed national and international journals, including Scopus-indexed (Q1, Q2, Q3 & Q4) and ABDC-listed (A, B & C category) journals. He has also authored and co-authored 8 books and several book chapters with leading international publishers, including Cambridge Scholars Publishing (United Kingdom), Springer, Taylor & Francis, Routledge, and Elsevier.

Dr. Chowhan has presented research papers at many national and international forums and has participated in academic engagements across countries, including Denmark, Russia, Sri Lanka, Dubai, and Nepal. He is regularly invited to deliver expert lectures at academic institutions.

In addition to academics, he contributes to livelihood enhancement initiatives for underserved communities and is a life member of several professional bodies. He remains committed to student development through a teaching approach that values clarity, relevance, and engagement.
