Dr. Tripti Bisawa has a vast experience of around 23 years. She has worked as Associate Professor with International School of Informatics and Management, Jaipur for more than 15 years. She has also served as a visiting faculty at R.A. Podar Institute of Management, Faculty of Management Studies, Jaipur. She has been a Resource Person for Foundation Training Programmes of State Service Officers at Officers Training School (OTS)-HCM Rajasthan State Institute of Public Administration, Training Programme of Rajasthan Yuva Vikas Prerak Internship (2018-2019) at Rajasthan Institute of Cooperative Education and Management (RICEM). She has conducted Training Session & Capacity Building workshop on Time Management, Problem Solving and Stress Management at SIMAT. She has also been a Resource Person for Institutional Training Programme for newly Recruited Assistant Engineers of RVPNL conducted at Officers Training School (OTS)-HCM Rajasthan State Institute of Public Administration. In her extensive career she has also been associated with IMS, Dehradun, ICFAI, Jaipur, Shankara Institute of Management and Technology, Jaipur, to name a few. She was editor of OORJA- International Journal of Management & IT. She has been the editor of couple of books of abstracts/book of proceedings/Souvenir of National and International conferences. She was member of core committee of international conference- ICMIT organized every year by ISIM, Jaipur. She was also member of several statutory and non-statutory committees of ISIM, Jaipur.

She has authored a book and published several research papers and book reviews. She is approved research supervisor of Rajasthan Technical University, Kota and IIS (Deemed to be) University, Jaipur. Till date, three Ph.D. degrees have been awarded under her supervision. She has research experience in the area of Marketing and Consumer Preferences, Human Resource Management and General Management. She is Member of Board of Studies of IIS (Deemed to be) University, Jaipur. She is also academic counselor and project guide for IGNOU- MBA and PGDRD courses. The courses taught by her include Principles and Practices of Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Business Laws, Leadership Skills and Change Management, Performance Management and Retention Strategies, Organization Development, Learning and Development.
