Mr Rajeev Tewari
Mr. Rajeev Tewari
Associate Professor
Mr. Rajeev Tewari has an impressive background in social work and development, with extensive academic and professional experience. His qualifications includes MA in Social Work, Diplomas in Training and Development, and Human Resource Management, along with specialized certification courses from UNFPA in key areas like maternal mortality reduction, adolescent health, gender advocacy, HIV/AIDS, and reproductive health. His career spans over 30 years with INGOs, UN organizations, NGOs, and the Indian Institute of Health Management Research. Mr. Tewari has held prominent positions such as:

Head of State offices for UNFPA in Gujarat

Mr. Tewari’s expertise encompasses international development and multi-sector programs, handling responsibilities in strategic planning, program management, administration, finance, reporting, and partnerships. He has consistently ensured compliance with country regulations and donor requirements, managed risks, safeguarded organizational interests, and promoted mandates of the organizations he served. Additionally, Mr. Tewari has been actively involved in training and assessments, leading projects such as Training Needs Assessments, Communication Needs Assessments, and logistics support for Child Survival and Safe Motherhood programs across eight states in India. These initiatives were supported by key global organizations like the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, UNICEF, the World Bank, and NORAD. His comprehensive portfolio highlights his contributions to development, health, and education sectors at a global scale.
