SDG SPH World Health Day Celebration Online Competitions Result 2024
IIHMR University celebrated the World Health Day 2024 by engaging with young minds and giving them an opportunity to showcase their skills and creativity.
To mark World Health Day 2024, a Poster Making Competition on the theme "My Health, My Right," was organized by SD Gupta School of Public Health, IIHMR University. The online competition was organized in line with the World Health Organization’s theme for WHD 2024 "My Health, My Right,". This activity was planned to give an opportunity to students for unleashing their creativity, skill building, instilling confidence and uncover personal aptitude. The participants had the opportunity to showcase their talent and significantly contribute to the discourse on public health. The competition was announced on April 07, 2024, and the students were requested to submit their entries by April 15, 2024. The cash prizes were also announced for the best three entries. The students enthusiastically participated in the competition. Many impressive entries commemorating the theme were received.
The Jury was constituted to evaluate the posters submitted by the students which selected the winning entries for First, Second Third position. The posters were evaluated on merits of creativity, context, facts quoted, concept and overall appeal.
