Dr. Aarti Sharma
Dr. Aarti Sharma
Professor of Practice
Dr. Aarti Sharma is an ardent advocate of the belief that the best education is not merely imparted to students; it is drawn out of them. With 15 years of rich experience, she finds immense fulfilment in witnessing her students' growth and transformation into successful individuals. Throughout her journey, she has taken charge of several livelihood enhancement projects aimed at uplifting the underprivileged segments of society.
Dr. Sharma's academic journey has been marked by dedication and a passion for research. She completed her PhD. in Management from Sharda University, complemented by an MBA and BCA from Indraprastha University, Delhi. After gaining valuable industry experience, her heart led her to follow her true passion—academics. Dr. Aarti Sharma has expertise in subjects such as principles of management, human resource management, recruitment & selection, and organizational behavior.
Her research focus centers on "The Impact of Work Engagement in the Shipping Industry." Dr. Aarti Sharma's educational background has endowed her with numerous opportunities to give back to society through her writing and training skills. She has made significant contributions by publishing and presenting numerous papers in both National and International Conferences.
Beyond her role as a faculty member, Dr. Sharma thrives as a trainer. She has conducted insightful sessions on various topics including Time Management, Human Resource Management, Motivation, Leadership, and Communication at both National and International levels. Engaging in extension activities and events on cross-cutting issues, she actively contributes to institutional development. Her journey as a faculty has been deeply rewarding, and she continues to relish the joy of teaching and making a positive impact on the lives of her students.
