Dr. Kajal Sitlani
Dr. Kajal Sitlani
Assistant Professor
Dr. Kajal Sitlani is an academician, trainer and mentor, carrying a rich experience in the domain of HR & OB. Motivating and talented professional, driven to inspire students to pursue academic and personal excellence. Strives to create a challenging and engaging learning environment, advancing learner’s engagement, academic achievement, social, behavioural and communication improvements. Currently she is working as Assistant Professor at the IIHMR University, Jaipur. She is a Human Resource Development Specialist and had completed MBA and Ph.D. in Management (specialization HR) from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalya, Indore. Prior to that she obtained his Graduation in Commerce also from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalya Indore. She has a blend of industrial and teaching experience of 15 Years. She has taught Human Resource Management, Industrial relations, Business Communication, Management, Corporate Social Responsibility and other HR specialization subjects in various Post Graduate programs, MBA, PGDM, PGDM (RM) in different universities and colleges. She has also been invited by various universities and institutions for teaching, training programmes and lectures to teach in Post Graduate courses. As an expert of HR gamut, has been invited to conduct sessions and training at various organizations including entrepreneurial trainings at MSME. She is also associated with IGNOU as a counsellor in different courses of management and commerce. She published widely and presented various articles in journals, edited books, and conferences in India and abroad. Much of her work has been on exploring the workplace dimension, organization culture, HRD climate, Organizational stress.
