Q1.What are the eligibility criteria for IIHMRU-MAT?

Must have recognized Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 Years duration with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
For candidates desirous of admission to MBA Hospital and Health Management, MBA Pharmaceutical Management , MBA Development Management or MBA Healthcare Analytics and who do not have CAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ ATMA/  Scores
IIHMR University will conduct IIHMR-U MAT. Candidates will have to qualify IIHMR-U MAT to appear in GD/PI.

Q2.. What options are available to the Candidates who do not have CAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ ATMA scores?

The IIHMR University will conduct IIHMRU-MAT for such candidates.

Q3. What is the Registration fee for IIHMRU-MAT?

Registration Fee for IIHMR UMAT Examination is ₹500 only.

Q4. How many times candidate an appear for IIHMRU-MAT ?

Candidate will be allowed to take IIHMR UMAT maximum three times which includes first attempt in addition to two retake attempts. Fee of ₹500 will be applicable for each retake of IIHMRU-MAT

Q5.What will be the duration and number of questions?

One hundred fifty questions must be answered in 150 minutes.

Q6.What will be the composition/pattern of question paper?

The test would have five sections, and in each section, there would be thirty multiple-choice questions to be attempted in 150 minutes. The test structure is mentioned below:

In general, the preparation standard expected is that of a graduate having any recognized degree of minimum three years duration. In Language Comprehension there would be Questions on Words – Synonyms, Adjectives, Prepositions, Article, Active-Passive, Paragraph, and questions, etc. The questions in mathematical skills would be of the level of class 10th under the Central Board of Secondary Education. The data analysis section will have questions on data interpretation based on Bar graphs, Line Charts, Tables, Column graphs, Pie Chart, and more. Intelligence and Critical Reasoning section will have questions to test the ordinary intelligence level based on Inference Judgment, Analogy, Statement Argument, etc. The questions in General Awareness would be from Sports, National Policies and Programs, Geography, Current affairs, etc.

Q7. What will be the marking pattern of question paper for answers?

Marking Pattern: The candidates will be given one mark for each correct answer. There would be no deduction of marks for wrong answers.
