He has also done Post Graduate Program in Public Policy & Management from IIM Bangalore & Maxwell School of Citizenship, Syracuse, USA. Dr. Rathi is a Senior Healthcare Professional with more than 28yrs + of experience in Healthcare Delivery and Administration. He has a unique combination of professional experience and qualifications in Medicine, Business Administration, Law and Public Policy and Management, bringing to the table business management skills in healthcare, especially in Health Policy planning, formulation and implementation. Result oriented and decisive leader with proven success in improving efficiency, effectiveness in healthcare delivery with a focus on better quality and equity. He is able to create business relevant solutions using analytical tools and is bold in finding new and creative solutions which will lead to positive results.
