HR Analytics
Background
Developing an analytical mindset is becoming the need of the hour for organizational excellence. In the complex globalized era introduction to HR analytics has induced a shift in traditional HR practices, leading to a better understanding of the employees resulting in better workforce outcome. This certificate course will help participants to learn the basic concepts of analytics in the HR domain, predictive modelling in human resource settings and industry insights.HR analytics has its application in a wide range of HR processes and practices such as performance measurement, attracting and retaining talent, compensation, and overall human resource planning. The HR analytics framework will help participants in attainment of measurable and realistic goals within organizational settings. The certificate in HR analytics provides the participants with a comprehensive understanding to know-how of HR analytics and its role in optimizing decision making and strategically aligning with the goals of the organization.
