Study of Vimukti Girls School Education Model
Agency : Dr Madhu Mohan (MD, endocrinologist, Rockville, Maryland) & Bhoruka Charitable Trust, Jaipur
The study was conducted with the aim to explore the Vimukti school phenomenon. The girls enrolled in Vimukti school belong to low-income families of the slum areas of Jaipur. The study findings represented the raising higher educational aspirations and the enhanced productive potential among girls due to Vimukti education values which reflect in the personalities of girls who aspire to come out of abject poverty by reducing economic vulnerabilities.
